I keep saying/thinking that I'll sign up for water aerobics simply because it's so much easier on the joints and I'm keeping a careful eye on ALL of mine. Seeing an actual knee surgery made a believer in joint protection out of me. :)
what?! how can you hate aerobics classes?? have you tried aerobic kickboxing yet? it's really awesome too. especially on a day when people have really pissed you off or gotten on your nerves! :D it's one of my faves besides yoga.

I usually hate aerobics classes, but the music in Zumba really gets you moving (and I have two left feet!)
